Admission to Ohlson Recreation Center is only one of the many perks of owning your own piece of Sea Ranch Real Estate.

An architectural delight, the center was designed by Berkeley firm Moore Lyndon Turnball Whitaker, whose talent for creating structures that blend naturally into the landscape, has contributed to Sea Ranch’s unique allure.

The Ohlson Recreation Center is one of three rec centers, and the windiest, in the Sea Ranch community offering outdoor amenities and the only center with seasonal closures (November thru April).

It houses three tennis courts, saunas, half-court basketball, volleyball court, and a 28 ft wide x 82 ft long heated outdoor pool plus shallow area. Locker rooms are available.

The center also provides one outdoor tennis court on the lower level and two on the upper levels where you can enjoy the tranquility of the surrounding landscape.  Reservation sheets are available every Friday at noon.
